Making the transition from negotiating multi-million dollar deals in the oil and gas industry to becoming a licensed real estate agent was a natural step for Alison. With years of experience as the head of investor relations for a $5 billion oilfield services company, she brings a unique blend of financial acumen, negotiation expertise, and a deep commitment to her clients. Alison’s background has equipped her with the skills to navigate complex transactions, while her personal connection to Houston’s Memorial area, where she’s lived since 1997—except for her time serving our country overseas, including a deployment to Baghdad—gives her an edge in understanding the local market.


Her clients’ needs always come first, whether they’re finding the perfect family home or making a smart investment. Alison knows that buying or selling a home is not just about the numbers—it’s a personal milestone. Her ability to blend sharp business insight with a personal touch has led to numerous successes, and her passion for helping others find their place in this community continues to drive her every day.


From her time in oil and gas, Alison also brings an exceptional track record negotiating large scale deals, including the landmark five-year, $830 million drilling contract for an industry-first 20K psi newbuild ultra-deepwater drillship. Her vast experience in executing these large deals further enriches her real estate career, ensuring clients receive top-tier negotiation and strategic support when navigating the competitive Houston market.


Her career started as an officer in the United States Air Force during which time she served our country overseas for 5 years including deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn as well as a deployment in support of NATO operations in Libya.
